I cannot recommend Technical Penguins enthusiastically enough. As a (very) small business owner, it can be intimidating to begin hiring out tasks, especially when money is tight. It’s also hard to know who you can trust with your precious endeavor. Because they came so highly recommended and it didn’t make sense for me to keep spending valuable time trying to do my own web maintenance and coding while teaching myself via Google University, I took the plunge and I’ve never looked back.

It’s true – they know their stuff. They are also fast, meaning that I get a great bang for my buck. But what makes Technical Penguins super awesome is the whole customer service experience. I feel confident that they understand what I need and are able to communicate about it in a timely manner. While they aren’t pushy or trying to steer their own agenda, they have fantastic and reliable advice to offer when asked. They always interact with me as an equal and with respect, even when it’s clear I don’t even really know what I’m talking about enough to ask a question coherently!

They offer great services. Take them up on their offer. You won’t regret it!
