I cannot recommend Technical Penguins enthusiastically enough. As a (very) small business owner, it can be intimidating to begin hiring out tasks, especially when money is tight. It’s also hard to know who you can trust with your precious endeavor. I feel confident that they understand what I need and are able to communicate about it in a timely manner. While they aren’t pushy or trying to steer their own agenda, they have fantastic and reliable advice to offer when asked. They always interact with me as an equal and with respect, even when it’s clear I don’t even really know what I’m talking about enough to ask a question coherently!
